I've been around my cars my whole life - I live in a family of mechanics. This place is ridiculous.
This is the worst place I've ever been too. I had a job that should have cost somewhere around $150.00 turn out to be $450.00. (All they had to do hook in my electric trailer brakes). After they were finished, the lights still were not working, even though I asked several times for them to double check it. I never did reach Jeff even though I asked the receptionist to have him call me back about 15 times. Another time we went there, the door on the truck had a gash and chip out of the paint, which they mentioned nothing about. They agreed to repaint the door after a few phone calls.
Rip off! This guy does unauthorized and unnecessary repairs. He will never see us again!
Wouldn't take my cars anywhere else! My vehicles and family vehicles all go there for anything I can't do myself. Have been a customer for many years. He has always been upfront with any issues, and saves me money by fixing priority items, and showing me what can wait for later. I trust their work, and his crew. He almost always has tons of customers. That speaks for itself. When you do quality work, and treat your customers well, they come back. Its like finding a good place to eat. If the parking lot is full, then chances are good that its worth checking it out.
